Victory is anticipating several growth areas in the future. We are preparing for the eventual shift to the Ka-band for certain satellite services, including broadband applications. Therefore, we have completed development of Ka-band VSAT prototypes and have patents pending on these microwave products. Victory has also invested in technology for the high volume production of Ka-band antennas and components for VSAT ground terminals. Because we are a pioneer in this technology, we believe we can offer our Ka-band VSAT customers excellent value as this market emerges.

Victory also seeks to expand its product line and distribution network worldwide. We are actively marketing local military hardware (such as rotary joints) to other locations as the need arises. Furthermore, Victory seeks to expand its antenna offerings in the broadband segment and in point-to-point communications to further complement its product line.
