CAPABILITIES

Victory's capital investments in technology, manufacturing facilities and human resources have enabled it to become a major supplier of passive microwave components, subsystems and antennas for the worldwide SATCOM and terrestrial communications equipment market. Victory has been able to offer its customers key benefits because of several advantages unavailable to traditional microwave component manufacturers.

Victory offers its customers Low Price and Large Volume Production because we specialize in the Die-Casting Process.

Traditional machining processes rely on costly machines and set-ups that are limited to producing single units and as a result, are slow, expensive and incapable of high volume production. Precision casting methods are faster but rely on wax molds, limiting their application to moderate quantities. While Victory uses these manufacturing methods for certain lower volume applications, we specialize in the die-casting manufacturing method. Die-casting utilizes tooling that can produce large volumes at a rapid rate. As such, die-casting offers the fastest and cheapest method for producing large quantities of microwave components. Most manufacturers do not die-cast microwave components because it requires more effort and precision in the design phase of a product. Moreover, manufacturers that do utilize die-casting lack the specialized expertise of Victory and produce components that exhibit inferior performance. However, Victory, through over a decade of research and development experience, has evolved the die-casting process to be able to produce high quality antennas and microwave components. Thus, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers microwave antennas and components in volume at a low price without a loss in performance.

Victory produces High Performance antennas and components from its State-of-the-Art Facilities.

Victory has a leading state-of-the art development and test facility in Taiwan. We invite you to compare our development capabilities, test equipment and test methods with our competitors. Dr. Ming Hui Chen, with almost 40 years of research and design experience, heads a team of experienced microwave engineers, all of whom have doctorates or master degrees in electrical engineering. Our engineers have access to a wide selection of computer-aided design tools, including HFSS, Pro E, Autocad and proprietary, in-house developed software programs. Victory's engineering department is also equipped with a variety of advanced instruments that cover up to 60 GHz. We utilize several Vector Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers and have developed and are maintaining both Near-Field and Far-Field Measurement Labs, as well as a Class-10K Clean Room. For quality assurance purposes, Victory uses a thermal chamber, vibration and shock testers, and salt spray tester for prototype testing. Our development resources and testing procedures ensure that our customers receive a high quality product that meets their needs.

Victory is able to offer Short Prototype Turnaround Time because of Extensive Vertical Integration of In House Testing Facilities and Integrated Production and Engineering Teams.

Most manufacturers outsource environmental and surface treatment testing at the end of the design phase. However, Victory maintains these facilities in house to shorten turnaround time. Victory maintains a full array of reliability assurance equipment (including a thermal chamber, vibration and shock testers, and salt spray tester) that allows us to immediately identify and solve issues during the design process. We also have an in house silver plating (ASTM-B-700) and chromate coating (Mil-C-5541E) shop that also cuts down our turnaround time by avoiding delays from outsourcing.

In addition, most manufacturers have research and production departments that operate independently of each other. At Victory, we have assembled a team of research and design engineers who work side by side with our production engineers in meeting our customers' needs. This has allowed Victory to turn around prototype requests from customers very quickly. Traditional turnaround times typically range from 6 weeks to 6 months, but Victory's average turnaround time is less than half that time. Victory's production group also has at its disposal the most advanced equipment, including computer-controlled lathes, milling machines and an electric discharge machine.

Because of our proven track record with many customers and programs, we are confident of our capability to deliver quality products to our customers on a wide range of programs. Please Contact Us for more information about having Victory on your program's team.
